Reference Data Application AnalystFull Time PermWay of Work : RemoteSalary Range : $31.68 - $47.59The Reference Data Application Analyst will have a vital role in designing and managing user-friendly graphical user interfaces that enable a positive user experience in our master and reference data area. We’re looking for an experienced software developer with recent experience developing in cloud user interface languages. The Reference Data Application Specialist will work together with the Data Governance Activation Team to be part of a dynamic team that provides tailored solutions to support MDM/RDM needs for data lake.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Utilize Microsoft environment and development tools (Azure/PowerShell) to code, document, test, debug specialized applications and software programs.

Develop user interfaces using conceptional design techniques such as creating visual mockups, prototypes, context diagrams and flowcharts/ swim lanes used to represent process and data flow for applications.

Maintain and support existing application enhancements.

Collaborates with other team members to deliver technologies to support MDM/RDM needs.

Provides technical support to Data Governance Activation Team and other stakeholders.

Create documentation and User Guides to support application development.

Conduct appropriate testing to identify and resolve issues prior to production releases.

Implement complex and efficient SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval that will be utilized within UI’s.

Create quality assurance scripts to ensure data integrity within MDM/RDM production tables.

Collaborate with Data Governance Activation Team and Lead Master and Reference Data Lead Architect to understand exact need(s).

Enforce data governance policies and practices. This involves ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications

2+ Years software development

2+ years (C#, Python, and JavaScript)

2+ Years cloud-based data storage and data backup

2+ Years writing complex SQL

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of agile methodologies and experience on a cross-functional agile team.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills.
