Rental Property Maintenance and Repairs

I am looking for someone to help with maintenance on my rental properties and flips. Working Hours M-F 9-5, Depending on weather and tenant schedule. Full time or Part time available. 25/hr

Job description

Work alone or in a small team performing repairs to siding, decks, electric, plumbing, drywall, windows, doors etc

Respond to work orders and interact with tenants.

Requirements and Experience

construction knowledge is required. need basic tools and a vehicle to get to the job (South Bend or Mishawaka). Some experience with mechanicals, drywall, framing, landscaping etc is a plus. MUST be drug free (not including Marijuana)
