Role – SFDC Architect / Lead

Exp – 10+ years experience in SFDC, CPQ/Steelbrick & Marketing system. Knowledge on Marketo is added advantage. Knowledge on Lead to cash flow is must.

Location – SFO (Preferred), remoteResponsibilities:

• Drives technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions

• Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy

• Engages with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration/migration

• Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects

• Provides overall Salesforce technical expertise

• Provides overall systems architecture expertise in order to relate to and build upon existing client environments

• Architects creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems

• Leads and facilitates project discovery to define business, functional, and technical requirements

• Defines business processes using CRM & SFDC best practices

• Develops data integration, migration and deployment strategies

• Builds & Deploys Salesforce solutions

• Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning

• Manages and mentors junior team members

• Works with clients to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience deploying mission critical processes across the enterprise, serving as technical architect or technical lead.

• Salesforce certified developer & administrator.

• 5+ years of experience solving complex problems using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL and SQL.

• 5+ years of experience JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, Java/C, HTML, CSS and/or scripting (Python/Perl/bash).

• Proven experience developing user friendly, scalable and robust solutions for Lead to Cash systems.

• Advanced mastery of Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick subscription products, sales and service contracts for the management of assets and entitlements.

• Extensive CRM experience spanning lead management, marketing automation, sales forecasting & commissioning, supply-chain management domains.

• Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce customizations (standard/custom objects, relationships, layouts, profiles, permission sets, sharing, list views, custom settings, labels etc.), Security Access, Workflows, Validation Rules, Roles, Process Builder, Approval Process, Reports and Dashboards, SOQL/SOSL, Opportunity/Account and Contact management.

• Extensive experience in Force.com REST API, SOAP API, Apex REST, Metadata API, Bulk API, Force.com AJAX Toolkit and integrations.

• Extensive experience in Visualforce framework, Apex, triggers, controllers, extensions, components.

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
