Job Title: Seed Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Seed Lab Technician, where you will be an integral part of our quality assurance process. Your primary responsibilities will include rolling various seeds (corn, soybean, wheat) on paper towels and wax paper, placing them in a germinator, and evaluating the resulting seedlings for viability. Data entry of your findings into a tablet will be required to track and maintain quality metrics. A thorough training program of 14 to 30 days will prepare you for this role, and perfect attendance is mandatory during this period. This is a seasonal position that is anticipated to last from June to March; there is an opportunity for this position to last longer for high-performing individuals with consistent, reliable attendance.Hard Skills
