What You'll Contribute

Provide security technical expertise and project leadership for the Identity and Access Management team related to the SailPoint tool. Review projects, new applications, IAM architectural design review/recommendations and provide technical support for IAM tools. Provide production support for SailPoint.

What You'll Do

Identity and Access Management Architectural
  • Evaluates and supports complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Installs, integrates and maintains one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Sailpoint, password management tool, etc. in a client environment.
  • Communicates the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
  • Facilitates use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.

Technical Support
  • Multitasks and switches gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
  • Works in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
  • Identifies and evaluates complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement

People/Resource Management
  • Establishes, defines and monitors multiple projects.
  • Leads and manages projects including complex projects that are multi-faceted and integrate and/or deploy new technology and/or processes.

Other
  • Identifies the organization's needs
  • Breaks down large scale projects into manageable chunks
  • Works out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research
  • Explains to designers and developers what's required and overseeing the progress
  • Produces documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity IQ solutions
  • 3+ years of experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML.
  • Experience with directory management such as Active Directory solution
  • Experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ including monitoring tasks, initiating certifications, and executing reports
  • Previous experience with Linux, Tomcat, ServiceNow, Oracle, SQL Server etc.
  • Exposure on various incident management systems and ticketing tools.
  • Experience managing Incidents, Service Request and Changes within defined SLAs.
