We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple IT and business projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the financial, scope, schedule, and risk management of these projects, ensuring they align with company strategy and goals. The Project Manager will also lead and oversee the operational and administrative activities of the assigned project teams, and work across multiple business areas to manage both IT and business deliverables.

- Develop and execute project work plans, and revise them as needed to meet changing needs and project management processes and methodology
- Lead the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of business projects
- Manage the financial, scope, schedule, and risk management of projects
- Lead and oversee the operational and administrative activities of project teams
- Work across multiple business areas to manage IT and business deliverables
- Participate in PMO process improvement initiatives and support PM onboarding for new staff
- Communicate continuously with project team members, customers, and project sponsors regarding the status of the project
- Identify resources needed to complete work and collaborate with resource managers to assemble appropriate skills/teams and resources
- Manage issues, risks, and changes using appropriate processes and tools
- Determine project schedules, identify the critical path, and forecast potential risks
- Lead the project team to maintain project work plans and draft required deliverables
- Facilitate/participate in project reviews and retrospectives, and provide information for audits, status reports, and executive review meetings
- Forecast, manage, and report on project financials, planned and actual project schedules, and resources utilization
- Manage the development and processing of funding documentation to meet finance and PMO requirements and processes
- Work with the Strategic Sourcing and Contracts team to prepare RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs
- Perform other duties as needed.
