Job DescriptionAbout the Team:Our team develops the Customer Experience (CX) platform that powers the rapidly-evolving needs of utility companies, while making the world a better, more sustainable, place. We combine passion and experience for product strategy, technical problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to work closely with software development teams and user experience designers. Our product managers are product owners and you'll have end-to-end ownership of your product space, and be responsible for strategy, execution, and go-to-market.What you will do:

Own the vision and roadmap for customer experience features.

Be the champion and voice of our utility clients.

Work with key stakeholders (internal, external, customer) to understand customer, market, and strategic requirements and translate them into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Epics, Features, and User Stories.

Work closely with UX designers to understand and articulate the needs of utility users and design products that will be adopted, understood, and easily used.

Work as a product owner with technical scrum teams to prioritize product features and delivery.

Review design documents and architecture, and participate in general technical discussions.

Actively manage projects cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.

Develop new product initiatives and corresponding business case. Lead the products from concept to general availability.

Work with Product Marketing and Solution Strategy to develop the product positioning, value proposition, and pricing.

Measure the success of your products in the market through metrics: revenue generation, adoption, usage, and release frequency.

What you’ve done

Fantastic analytical skills; ability to solve problems quickly, establish frameworks, think on your feet, and generalize solutions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, tailored for a wide variety of audiences.

BS degree in Computer Science or comparable professional experience.

CRM and Call Center automation experience and call center technologies strongly desired.

Experience integrating with popular CRMs; Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com strongly desired

2-5+ years in a software product management role, or related experience.

Experience developing SaaS products and technologies desired.

Experience managing or leading a team through various cycles of product management planning and implementation.

Experience with Agile a plus.

Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
