You will be a part of the design on the project and will assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development. This role will build and drive high performing relationships with strategic development partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.In an operational setting, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement. 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience
At least two years of experience managing engagements
A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations
4+ years with ServiceNow Integration Design and implementation (including some w/Integration Hub)
Experience with CSDM/CMDB
Experience managing teams of five team members
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
Business development
Experience with XML, and SQL
Eagerness to mentor junior staff
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500
