It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleSr Director, Product & Specialty Client Engagement - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Senior Director Specialty Client Engagement is responsible for providing team leadership and strategic direction of specialty pharmacy solutions for all of Prime Therapeutics LLC commercial clients. This position is responsible for developing and leading the delivery of key specialty strategies for client programs and serving as the subject matter expert. This position is also responsible for ensuring a consistent linkage between Primes’ strategies and initiatives and our clients, a clear understanding of client needs and approaches across our enterprise, and appropriate Prime/Client goal setting and execution.Responsibilities
Provide leadership to drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Support the analysis of customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
Lead the directional needs to assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met
Lead to develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams for production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company across primary market segments
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED required
10 years of related work experience, including PBM or managed care, and Specialty pharmacy
5 years of combined work experience in product development, marketing, operations and/or client management, including 2 years directly developing and implementing new products and services within a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or other managed care organization
7 years of experience in a management/leadership position
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Ability to drive the identification of improvement opportunities, and demonstrated project management skills to lead the implementation of complex change initiatives, new products and programs
Ability to establish rapport, build relationships, and collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels within the organization
Proven experience with vendor management, including negotiating contracts, prices, and resolving services issues
Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, including clients
Decisive with bias for action/execution, demonstrated experience in promoting clear accountability and focus towards achieving business objectives
Customer focused and results driven
Strong leadership and influencing skills with process owners; management experience in a matrix environment; successful track record in driving change to products and services to meet the business objectives
Demonstrated program and project management skills in the implementation of complex change initiatives
Track record of developing key business relationships; proactive management of influence partners
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
