Sr. NetApp Consultant Indianapolis, IN 6+ Months here is the JD: At least 10+ years of relevant experience on NetApp and Pure Storage Administration Hands-on experience in data replication using NetApp SnapVault, SnapMirror, SnapCreator and SnapCenter. Strong experience in NetApp ONTAP 9 or latest and Pure Storge, Brocade with good hands-on Experience on management and reporting tools such as NetApp OCUM, OCI, Santricity, BNA and NetBackup OpsCenter. Working knowledge on Storage provisioning through Netapp and Pure Storage Experience in NetBackup and Durva technologies Experience on Disaster recovery planning and implementation Good understanding of RAID concepts and configuration and implementation of RAID Possesses hands on expertise in troubleshooting day to day operational issues, Reporting the environment and host related issues quickly Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require judgement, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Interact and Co-ordinate with application owners, operations teams application, infrastructure, network and security, change and release management team and external vendors Create and maintain SOP documents on daily operations and RCA of the priority incidents Knowledge share with in the team and build the knowledge levels of the entire team. Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
