Job Location : MI (Hybrid)Job Type : Full TimeEssential Responsibilities and Duties:• Own end-to-end solution delivery for SAP FI-CO, PP, MM, PM. PS, & SD, Salesfoce.com, Ariba, Seeburger EDI, and Informatica.• Manage business expectations and collaborate to set IT priorities.• Manage the teams to ensure proper IT scoping, planning, execution and delivery.• Continuously build organizational talent and competency through coaching, mentoring and training staff.• Ensure appropriate project, functional and technical documentation (process flows, object designs, business rules, technical information, etc.).• Foster a business-oriented culture and mindset across the global IT Organization. Knowledge and Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience• 10+ years of relevant, hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP ECC in a manufacturing business• Functional experience with two or more SAP ECC modules including at least one of the following: SD, MM, PP, FI/CO. Developer experience is a plus• Demonstrated success leading multiple end-to-end process improvement initiatives• Demonstrated success leading SAP enhancement and implementation projects. Experience leading 2 or more full lifecycle implementations is preferred.• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions in manufacturing businesses with a focus on integrating acquired companies into an existing SAP instance.• Experience running day-to-day IT support operations for SAP ECC
