The Training & Hiring Lead (TNT) is a hands-on, in-store role responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Domino’s drivers and CSRs. This position works directly inside the stores — coaching on the floor, leading training sessions, and partnering with store leadership to build strong, fully staffed teams.This is an active, people-focused role — not a desk position.What You’ll DoRecruit and interview drivers and CSR candidatesLead in-store onboarding and paperwork completionTrain new team members on systems, service standards, and store operationsCoach and develop team members on the floorPartner with GMs and DMs to ensure stores stay fully staffedFollow up with new hires to ensure engagement and retentionMaintain training records and onboarding documentationSupport store operations as needed, including one weekend dayWhat Success Looks LikeStores are fully staffed with trained, confident team membersNew hires are set up for success from Day 1Turnover decreases because training and follow-up are strongStore leaders feel supported in developing their teams
