Job Description

You will report to the Manager, Supply Chain Analysis and will supportthe sourcing and logistics organization with strategic decision-making through providing necessary reporting and data. Primary ownership of logistics function, including information feed to finance to support monthly forecasting.

This role can be fully remote.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
  • Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.
  • Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resources
  • Responsible for performing general analytics and statistical modeling on existing data sets. Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision-making.
  • Provides inputs for complex Data Science and Big Data Mining projects.
  • Partners with logistics to determine net inflation freight type for each budget and forecast; partners with Finance to ensure alignment with expectations and plans.
  • Regularly participates in special projects related to global sourcing efficiency improvement goals.
  • Consistently demonstrates our MasterBrand Way, positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to reduce waste, complexity, and improve our work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in using analytics to drive results and increase value in the supply chain
  • General understanding of manufacturing processes; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel, Access and Altrix preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication, planning and problem-solving skills
