• Enforce - Policy creation to harden and configure the endpoints
• Integrity Monitor - Monitor file changes to systems
• Deploy - Install, Update, and remove software
• Discover - Find and report on unmanaged systems
• Impact - Understand lateral movement of accounts and access rights
• Comply - Vulnerability and Compliance scanning

• Perform daily operational tasks such as client/agent health, optimization, performance monitoring and platform health on a variety of endpoint security tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze various components of the Windows operating system as it relates to management of the security controls on the endpoints.
• Perform Administrator tasks on platform systems to include database maintenance, network connectivity, and overall maintenance of the platform.
• Service management experience to include incident, change and problem management, as well as service requests.
• Ability to provide continuous improvement processes for endpoint security services to enhance capabilities.
• Provide support and liaison to Vendors of the various tools advocating the needs for enhancements and fixes to issues within the environment.
• Break-fix activities to support and resolve incidents, including infrastructure components, endpoint agents, product-specific errors and customer-initiated requests
• Ability to work in a team setting and manage time to accomplish the daily operational tasks as well as system and endpoint issues as they occur.
