• This position will provide senior-level project management, development, and application systems support
• Incumbent will work as part of an application systems development team as well as independently on projects.
• This position will be responsible for the development of a new Oracle / .Net website to replace an aging system, known as ACAPS, which is written in Oracle Forms.
• This position will also be responsible for learning the existing architecture and business rules and providing support for the existing environment. Participate in functional requirements definition, meet with users to understand requirements, data collection, and implement the requirements.
• Provide project management and leadership to a team of developers to build the new system. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and fix them as and when they occur.
