Job Title: Title SpecialistJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Title Specialist where you will play a crucial role in our automotive total-loss industry operations. This position is 100% onsite, located on the second floor of our office with an open and tall cubicle layout. You will be responsible for reviewing and researching title work for insurance customers, completing applications for salvage titles, and managing the entire sales setup process. Key responsibilities include processing salvage titles from the state, staying current with title/salvage laws across multiple states, and handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to assist with title inquiries or issues.
