Looking to hire an experienced cut & roll apartment painter

Full Time 8AM start time Finish Depending

Monday- Friday occasional Saturday Flexible schedule if needed

General Indianapolis Area (Mostly Northside)

Piece work pay

Guarenteed one apartment daily (Can take on more)

Our goal is for you to take home what you need/want to earn

Must be able to drywall (typically less than 12” but varies)

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday. Flexible schedule if needed. 8:00 AM start time, finish depending on daily workload.

Pay: Weekly Pay. We pay by piece work.

If you complete one apartment a day you can make 1000per week. We consider experienced painters to be individuals who can complete one apartment or more a day.

Currently we have 2 painters on payroll that both make $1000+ a week.

The harder you work the more money you will make.

Responsibilities:

Execute precise cutting and rolling techniques for apartment painting projects.

Prepare surfaces, including drywall repair (typically less than 12”, but varies) to ensure a smooth painting process.

Apply paint and other finishes using appropriate tools and equipment.

Work efficiently to meet daily apartment painting targets while maintaining a high level of quality.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cut & Roll Apartment Painter with a strong understanding of painting techniques.

Ability to perform drywall repairs, with experience handling small patches (typically less than 12”, but varies).

Own reliable transportation and basic painting tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch results.

Good physical stamina and ability to work in various apartment settings.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
