Warehouse Operator

Fogatti is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operators to support our growing operations in Elkhart. These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, are quick learners, and want to contribute to the operational success of a fast-growing company. The Warehouse Operators will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong execution, responsibility, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch goods as required.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments according to order requirements.

Assist with unloading containers and organizing inbound freight.

Sort, stage, and repackage bulk inventory into individual cartons or kits as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (forklift license preferred).

Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure data accuracy.

Follow safety protocols and report any irregularities promptly.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks.

Ability to handle medium-weight goods safely with a strong teamwork spirit.

Familiarity with warehouse procedures and basic computer operation.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the team.

Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours per week.

Flexibility may be required based on container delivery and outbound shipment needs.
