Warehouse Picker

Job Title: Warehouse PickerJob DescriptionAs a Warehouse Picker, you will navigate a large distribution center using a high cart to pick and assemble customer orders from shelves. You will work with a voice-pick technology which helps direct you to pick locations. After picking the correct quantity, you will verify the items and place them in the designated bins on your cart. The system is intelligent and adapts to recognize your voice over time, making the process more efficient. Each cart can handle 12 to 20 orders, and efficiency is valued over the number of carts handled. The workspace is currently very busy and a bit crowded, requiring patience and careful navigation. Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment where you will independently handle tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.Hard Skills

The facility is air-conditioned. Interaction with other employees is limited as tasks are performed individually, but coordination in the aisles is necessary. Shifts vary with competitive hourly wages depending on the shift time.
