Works closely with the ingredient merchandising team. Responsibilities include daily reconciliation of ingredient receiving, drug usage, production and deliveries.Essential Functions:
Daily reconciliation of ingredient receiving, deliveries, drugs, and production.
Enter manual and bag receiving tickets in MTech as needed / Print daily arrival recap (summary of RTs)-Give to mill manager to sign.
Communicate with corn producers, ingredient suppliers, Merchants, truck drivers, to answer & assist with various questions/concerns.
Complete weekly Global Post in MTech after inventory is completed.
Monitor bag inventories and communicate to merchants as needed via SharePoint.
Process and print feed orders as needed.
Review/approve weekly trucking (freight) invoices and send to accounting.
Communicate with Feed Desk and/or feed mill techs to answer & assist with various questions/concerns.
Enter purchase requisitions and good receipts in SAP for supplies and equipment for the location.
Print SAP Maintenance work orders and complete in SAP.
Filing of all daily paperwork.
QA as directed.
Other admin duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
2 years’ prior administrative experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal or written).
Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Tools.
Ability to work flexible hours as indicated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3 years’ industry experience.
Previous experience in livestock industry.
Prior Feed Milling Experience a plus.
OSHA & FDA Audit experience.
Knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to organize and motivate people.
Past performance shows highly developed leadership.
Safety training courses completed (OSHA or company required).
Working Conditions:
Most work is completed indoors.
Extended hours of computer work.
Work somewhat close to other people, such as when sharing office space.
