Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob DescriptionThe Finance Coordinator II coordinates and performs basic accounting, finance, and administrative support duties for various finance departments. This position addresses internal finance customer questions, validates question resolution, and analyzes information to aid in the development of self-service automation or job aids. The role also ensures timely completion of various filing information across multiple teams and works closely with internal finance customers to achieve business goals and address opportunities and challenges.Responsibilities

Answer internal finance customer questions and validate question resolution.

Analyze information to aid in the development of self-service automation or job aids.

Coordinate various filing information across multiple teams to ensure timely completion.

Maintain positive and effective relationships with internal employees and vendors.

Seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to address issues or problems.

Process requisitions, invoices, and expense reports for the finance department in accordance with policies and procedures.

Complete basic finance and accounting tasks such as journal entries, accruals, status updates, and running financial reports.

Prepare and/or assist with compliance and other reporting.

Use basic to complex computer applications, including spreadsheets, Word, presentations, charts, flowcharts, graphics, forms, and databases.

Respond to requests for financial assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email.

Research finance-related questions or issues and advise users of appropriate action.

Assist supervisor and business group with special projects or administrative support.

Engage in other duties as needed that support the company's mission to serve customers and build stronger communities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate Degree with an emphasis in administrative support or finance area preferred

3-5 years of previous administrative support in an office setting

3-5 years of previous accounts payable experience

Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in the office. Onboarding will require more days in the office. The position is based in Dubuque or Madison.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
