Description We are inviting applications for an Administrative Coordinator role based in West Branch, Iowa. This role falls within the realm of data management and administration, with a focus on coordinating and supporting our client's team in handling claims associated with various incidents. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee data transfer between spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Carry out visual checks on information to verify consistency across different data sources. Manage an incident ticketing system, assigning tickets, and tracking their resolution. Communicate effectively with team members and engineers to facilitate the resolution of incidents with associated claims. Notify suppliers of defects and manage all communication to resolve these. Learn about and understand the workings of wind turbines, applying this knowledge as needed. Use basic excel functions, excluding V-lookups, to manage data. Generate reports and prepare data for presentation, tracking the workload of the entire department. Extract necessary information from team members to aid in decision-making and problem-solving. Leverage your skills in Documentation, Claims data, Confidential Correspondence, and Category Reviews to efficiently perform your duties.Requirements Possess strong skills in documentation and record keeping Experience in handling confidential correspondence with discretion Proficient in managing and analyzing claims data Familiarity with conducting category reviews Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using standard office software and tools Proven experience in an administrative coordinator role or similar High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
