Associate AV Engineer

About the Career: The Associate Enterprise Cloud Engineer is responsible for partnering with others on the team in ensuring cloud environments are properly maintained; including initial incident response for services and products, patching, security remediation and documentation. Will troubleshoot services and platforms in support of cloud services. Recommend system changes, while partnering with others in the configuring, monitoring, and testing system performance and capacity. Continually learn best practices in maximize system availability and transparency for customers by providing stable and reliable services and platforms, that promote and enhance Wellmark’s ability to deliver products and services on a 24 x 7 schedule.Due to the nature of end user support in this role, this position will require you to be in the Des Moines, IA office full time.
