Our ideal candidate will have leadership skills to drive proposal development, being able to work independently as well as part of a team, having strong writing and InDesign skills and a can-do attitude.  For each pursuit, you will have the opportunity:

To be an integral part of a proposal development teammanagingproposal efforts and incorporate best practices to develop client-centric, visually appealing and compliant sales documents.

Work on proposals in Latin America and North America.

Engage in new and innovative work each week, as each proposal has it owns unique blend of RFP requirements and solution offerings to meet a wide range of client needs and lasts only a few days or weeks.  

Work with minimal day-to-day supervision as you drive the proposal through completion, but with plenty of team support any time you need it.

Have responsibility for the Qualifications& Experience for Latin America

Manage activities during the development of the RFP response, including kick-off call, reviews, and production.

Develop proposal layout and ensures marketing material and proposals comply with brand standards

Conceptualize design elements and develop simple graphics.

Research and gather proposal materials, including drafting non-technical content using boilerplate materials or prior proposals.

Drive proposal progress to meet scheduled milestones and compliance with the RFP.

Leads the effort to develop the company response for RFIs.

Collaborates with internal sources and client account managers to develop client presentation content.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate both verbally and written as well asdevelop proposals in both English and Spanish

Strong skills in creative layout using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat required; Photoshop and Illustrator experience desired

Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills

Experience effectively leading diverse teams and contributors in executing pursuit processes and delivering quality/winning proposals

Written and verbal communications skills, including persuasive writing, prooing and editing

Critical thinking and creative problem solving

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Experience working in an EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) and/or project management firm

Experience working with the energy industry

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field; or equivalent experience

4+ years related experience
