OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:Manage the program to ensure that implementation and defined activities are carried out by specified objectives. Planned, designed, and implemented programs and services in the assigned program areas. Monitor and analyze program activity and identify areas for improvement. May perform activities that support funding and proposal initiatives. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:

Perform activities relating to the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of training programs.

Monitor and support program activities, and training KPIs and develop status reports for management review.

Develop and maintain business processes, documents, tools, and resources to support training strategy in projects and training operations.

Collect and analyze data, identify areas of need and/or improvement, and develop recommendations for program improvement.

Analyze operating practices and recommend revisions to improve established procedures.

May perform activities that support funding and proposal initiatives.

Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key internal & external partners/organizations.

Overall role training not just process training. Onboarding training.

Development of tools and resources for the training process.

Pay Information: $70,000 - $75,000

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 5 years of program management or equivalent experience required.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the program or service and the ability to create presentations and develop training modules.

Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements.

Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Travel may be required.

5 years of training and program management experience.
