It all begins with you.The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CR COE) organization is an enterprise function. The Customer Remediation COE organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for remediating customer issues across the enterprise. The COE mission is to care for our customers and support their financial success by providing consistent, timely, and effective remediation when they have been impacted by Wells Fargo. Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo.This position will lead the definition and implementation of new projects across high priority CR COE initiatives and Administration core functions – with an immediate focus on designing and executing a strategic communication plan to ensure broad and deep CR COE adoption. The BIC2 should be well-versed in driving projects from conception to resolution in environments with significant ambiguity and with minimal guidance, and have experience leading functional teams and resources. A successful candidate must be able to distill information from multiple sources, develop and drive resulting recommendations, and present those recommendations to senior audiences. Additionally, this role is responsible for drafting and distributing communications to support change management and operations, senior leader messaging, SharePoint development, and adoption of the enterprise standards. The role frequently interacts with internal and external partners on core CR COE activities in the operations, HR, risk, policy, and employee engagement spaces.Key responsibilities include:Develop, manage, and continually improve a strategic communications program designed to drive CR COE engagement in a transformative manner.

Defining, owning and implementing use of SharePoint sites across the COE.

Develop and implement new forums and communication tools designed to support CR COE employees and leaders.

Maintain current CR COE information on the Portal and in functional organizational charts.

Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and reduce risk by defining and refining existing communication processes, streamlining communications routines, and using quantitative and qualitative feedback to prioritize various efforts.

Other Desired QualificationsAbility to lead major internal programs, and experience with broad enterprise program and process redesigns

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead meetings, including facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment

Knowledge and understanding of data storytelling, PowerPoint, or data visualization

Ability to synthesize data findings into executive level communications for data storytelling
