Job Title: CarpenterJob DescriptionThis role will work on new construction and remodeling projects. The work consists of framing, doors, and windows, casework and cabinets, installing specialties, wood and steel framing, and more.Responsibilities

Framing, including wood and steel framing

Installing doors and windows

Casework and cabinet installation

Performing finish and trim work

Working with concrete and metal studs

Reading blueprints and executing tasks accordingly

Using hand tools effectively

Essential Skills

4+ years of residential or commercial carpentry experience

Proficiency in carpentry, trim, and finish work

Experience with concrete and metal stud framing

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Skilled in using hand tools

Valid Driver's License

Ability to read a tape measure

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Expect to work in commercial construction job sites, getting dirty and dusty while working in outdoor elements, although most work will be indoors during the winter. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4 PM, with minimal weekend work. You will need to meet at the shop in the morning, as company trucks leave at 6:29 AM sharp, so it is crucial to arrive 10-15 minutes early. The team consists of 55 employees, with 35 in the field, usually working with another carpenter on-site.
