Working with concrete and metal studs
Reading blueprints and executing tasks accordingly
Using hand tools effectively
Essential Skills
4+ years of residential or commercial carpentry experience
Proficiency in carpentry, trim, and finish work
Experience with concrete and metal stud framing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Skilled in using hand tools
Valid Driver's License
Ability to read a tape measure
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Expect to work in commercial construction job sites, getting dirty and dusty while working in outdoor elements, although most work will be indoors during the winter. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4 PM, with minimal weekend work. You will need to meet at the shop in the morning, as company trucks leave at 6:29 AM sharp, so it is crucial to arrive 10-15 minutes early. The team consists of 55 employees, with 35 in the field, usually working with another carpenter on-site.
