Compliance Specialist

Use your strengths at Wellmark as a Compliance Specialist! The Compliance Specialist sits within Wellmark's Compliance department on our Government Programs team. You will provide day-to-day support to the corporate ethics and compliance team/program by supporting various tasks/initiatives assigned to the corporate ethics and compliance program with specific emphasis on compliance and operational oversight duties for government programs, namely Wellmark's Medicare Advantage business. You also may support or assist with compliance responsibilities related to other government programs such as Wellmark’s current Medicare Part D and Exchange (QHP) business. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, highly organized, and possess exceptional time management capabilities. You have experience documenting processes, can synthesize complex information and deliver it in a way your stakeholders understand. You approach your work collaboratively and have a demonstrated history of building successful relationships across the business. Ambiguity intrigues you and you are comfortable working in a space that is not always black and white.
