Remodel jobs and two locations, removal of old, install siding, cleanup.

JOB 1:

Siding the second story of an old brick and stucco house on Orleans.

Minor brick repair. (lay a few brick, or we get a mason)

Stucco removal (comes off in sheets)

Flashing between lower brick and upper siding

Install Siding

Paint and caulk.

Needs at least some work on all four sides of the house.

See the pictures to get an idea of the job and scale.

JOB 2:

Siding 2 story Victorian house on Grande. Siding only, no trim work.

The original trim is already prepped and painted.

The house is mostly trim. See the pictures.

Most all of the siding is short or very short pieces. See the pictures.

Remove old siding section at time

Install new siding

Paint and caulk

Move on to next section

Needs, painted white, hung and caulked.Tear off of old siding or stucco first.

Looking to start ASAP.
