Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face.

Assisting customers with claims processing, ensuring a smooth and swift resolution.

Updating and maintaining customer records in the company's database.

Explaining complex insurance policy terms and conditions to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.

Establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as an insurance customer service agent or similar customer service role.

Knowledge of different types of insurance plans (e.g. automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc). preferred

Ability to understand and explain insurance policy terms and conditions.

Excellent customer service skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
