Customer Service Representative, Bertch Cabinets

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will the first point of contact for our dealers and customers buying Bertch Cabinets. You will provide support by answering questions, taking orders by phone and email, as well as making customizations to kitchen cabinet orders. The Customer Service Representative will:Take incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner.Provide product information to dealers and customers through phone and email communication.Provide product shipping details to dealers via phone.Process orders for new products and replacement parts.Complete credit memos, enter returned good data, and enter customer delivery information.All other duties as assigned.
