Data Wrangler

This opportunity will support our Federal Employee Program in our Operations division. This is a brand new position that will assist in the development of a self-service PowerBI suite, complete ad hoc reporting, maintain recurring reports, consult with internal stakeholders, and providing business insights for our Federal Employee Program. You will work with member data to improve outcomes. You will create reports and leverage data using FEP tools. Responsible for building and maintaining complex data assets that allow a team of analytics professionals to develop advanced business analytics that drive Wellmark’s strategic business decisions. In addition, you will provide technical support and reporting to Analysts/Scientists, including transforming and mapping data from raw data form into another format with the intent of making it more usable and valuable, identifying efficiencies or automation opportunities and other data enabled improvement recommendations.What is the Federal Employee program?
