Data Wrangler

Responsible for building and maintaining complex data assets that allow analytics professionals to develop advanced business analytics and drive strategic business decisions. This position supports Wellmark's Federal Employee Program (FEP), a highly regulated line of business serving federal members and stakeholders. The role works closely with operational leaders, business partners, and analytics teams to source, transform, validate, and organize data from multiple systems into trusted reporting and analytic solutions.The Data Wrangler plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. Through the development of reporting assets, dashboards, and data models, this position helps support FEP performance management, operational oversight, compliance monitoring, and informed decision-making.
