Director - Health Services Quality & Training

Use your strengths as a Director of Health Services Quality & Training at Wellmark: About the Role: Our ideal candidate will be a effective change leader and help guide the vision and strategic direction of Health Services Quality and Training teams. Utilizing your nursing background and quality management experience, you will work across internal departments to drive successful NCQA survey results and ensure compliance within the Health Services and Health Networks teams. You will assess and identify any gaps in training and address through new strategic initiatives and quality reviews, so being a strong communicator and people-leader is a must!Thorough knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA standards, as well as NCQA survey experience a plus!About You:  As a leader of others, you will directly impact the success, growth, and development of team members by setting clear expectations, coaching to each team member’s strengths, and fostering a team-centric work environment.
