Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:Provide sales support to Commercial Banking Merchant Services E-Receivables Consultants to complete the merchant customer application process

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for E-Receivables Consultants

Works with internal partner channels to collect critical documentation

Proactively works with key stakeholders to facilitate the process including obtaining customer signature.

Provides post-sales customer service support including completion of all required implementation documents

Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables

Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications, US:2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Sales or client support experience

Sales support experience

Knowledge and understanding of general banking

Wholesale banking experience

1+ year of merchant/payments processing experience

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
