- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at time of employment
- Minimum of 1 internship, co-op or other applicable work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manufacturing experience
- 1-3 years' experience with PLC' s, HMI' s, AC/DC drives & motors, measuring devices and ethernet cameras.
- Proficiency with Rockwell programming software (i.e.: RS Logix and Factory View)
- 3 years or more of experience in leading electrical projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs
