Financial Systems Analyst

Use Your Strengths at Wellmark as a Financial Systems Analyst!Reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, you will assist in the definition, analysis, testing and documentation for upgrades to Wellmark's financial systems applications, including homegrown and off-the-shelf systems, and the various Business Objects universes tied to each them. You will work directly with Finance teams, process teams, business leaders, and IT project teams to ensure technology solutions and processes support Wellmark business processes. Lastly, you will act as a consultant on business process improvements and technology enhancements using the software tools and their capabilities.Ideal candidates have a demonstrated history of being assertive, action-oriented, and results-driven in their work. You have a background in defining requirements, analysis, testing, and documenting related to financial systems. Building relationships and working collaboratively comes naturally to you, and you have experience leaning on your talent to serve as a successful liaison with IT. You have an inquisitive mind and a desire to continuously learn, applying those consistently throughout your work.
