NPosition Type ManagementThis is a temporary position.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a creative and talented copywriter for our web content hub (website) project. The articles created for the hub will serve as an overview of Westin’s marathon ambassador, Raymond Braun providing information on his story, the six major marathons he will be running in, his running companions and the Westin properties he will be staying at. The articles will feature images, videos, interviews and social media content. The copywriter will be responsible for writing high-quality and engaging content for this project. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web copy best practices, excellent writing skills, and a passion for creating compelling digital content.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Two or more years’ experience with responsive design and website optimization

Proven experience in interactive web design or similar roles

Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in web design, coding, and graphic design

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment using strong communication and collaboration skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, along with attention to detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and Storied.co platform

Write high-quality and engaging web content that meets the needs of our target audience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is aligned with the company's brand and messaging

Optimize content for search engines and ensure that it meets industry standards and best practices

Edit and proo content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.

Promotes the documenting of project progress accurately.

Provides input and assistance to other teams regarding projects.

Manages and implements work and projects as assigned.

Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Provides timely, accurate, and detailed status reports as requested.

Provides technical expertise and support to persons inside and outside of the department.

Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

Demonstrates knowledge of function-specific procedures.
