Food Truck Lead Operator

Kates Kookies is seeking an individual to join our team!

We are a mobile cookie trailer that travels around to many diffferent towns & events serving our mini Chocolate Chip Cookies BAKED FRESH on the spot and also other treats!

Duties include but not limited to:

-Bake and prepare items as per the menu

-Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines

-Follow guidelines for safe food handling and storage

-Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service

-Process cash and card transactions

-Clean and sanitize the cookie truck area, including baking utensils and equipment

-Restock inventory as required and maintain records of food supplies

Qualifications:

-Must know or be willing to learn how to drive & back a truck and trailer

-Must have valid US drivers license

-Knowledge of food preparation and food safety regulations

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Basic math skills for cash handling

-Food handler’s certificate is a plus
