Description:

Midwest Seal Coating of Iowa is hiring a Foreman with experience operating a Seal-Rite 700 XP Sealcoating System. This is a leadership role running equipment and managing a crew on commercial and residential asphalt projects.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Seal-Rite 700 XP

Lead a crew and manage jobsite operations

Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met

Daily jobsite problem solving and communication

Requirements:

Experience with Seal-Rite 700 XP or similar equipment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong leadership and crew management skills

Must be dependable, professional, and safety-focused

Strictly no drugs or alcohol permitted on the job or worksite
