Now Hiring Fork Lift Operators!Job DescriptionJoin a leading agricultural company and help farmers feed the world while protecting the planet. We are seeking a Fork Lift Operator who can drive a forklift and operate machinery as needed. You will work any day of the week, any time of day, up to 12 hours. This role involves professional, accident-free operation of the forklift, maintenance and cleaning, precise inventory tracking, and ensuring safety standards. You will also assist with loading and unloading during seed delivery and return seasons, and perform other manual tasks as directed.Hard Skills

1+ year of forklift experience

1+ year of warehouse experience

Forklift certification (preferred)

Ability to count accurately when moving inventory

Ability to read scales

Ability to work in confined spaces with a forklift

Use of technology like PCs and scanners

Soft Skills

Multi-tasking

Detail-oriented

Alertness and awareness

Effective communication

Ability to work independently or in a team

Enthusiasm and good attitude
