General Manager with Growth Opportunity

Part-Time to Full-Time | $25–$30/hr + Bonuses | Location: Work from Home

AmishFurnitureFactory.com, a well-established online furniture company, is launching a new retail division—and we're looking for a motivated General Manager to help build it from the ground up.

This is not just a support role. We’re seeking someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited to grow and take on greater responsibility. You’ll start by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including research, scheduling, and attending events like trade shows. As you become proficient, you’ll help hire and lead a team to expand our retail presence.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the owner’s on all aspects of development below

Coordinate and attend trade shows and retail events

Hire and train additional staff to duplicate procedures you created.

Potential involvement in product development

Explore and develop a Facebook Marketplace strategy

Compensation:

$22-30/hr depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.

Who We're Looking For:

A self-starter with strong organizational, communicative skills, entrepreneurial energy, and a desire to grow into a leadership role. Experience in retail, admin support, e-commerce, and college degree is a plus.
