Job Title: Hardware EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to develop requirements for hardware that align with customer standards. The role involves creating project scopes, schedules, and estimates, as well as developing prototypes. You will be responsible for creating verification and validation testing plans, Bill of Materials (BOM), and test plans. Additionally, you will assist in verification and validation to standards, use various techniques to quantify risks, and help in developing, debugging, analyzing, and performing root cause analyses on hardware and embedded systems for proof of concept. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analog and digital signal testing, and the capability to work with external customers to clarify requirements and document engineering design and test specifications.Hard Skills
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or higher level of education)
Knowledge of analog/ digital circuits
Proficient using Altium, Cadence, ORCAD, or similar tool
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to document and communicate design tradeoffs and results
Capability to work with external customers and teams
Demonstrated project management skills
