Interior Remodeling Helper – Entry / Training Role

Looking for a reliable helper to assist with interior remodeling and occasional minor exterior work.

This is an entry-level to early experience role — ideal for someone who wants to learn the trade and grow.

This position is NOT for experienced contractors or crew leads.

What we’re looking for:

Basic hand tool knowledge (or willingness to learn)

Good attitude, common sense, and reliability

Able to take direction and work as part of a small crew

Minor experience is okay — training provided

Job sites throughout the Quad Cities

Flexible schedule with steady work for the right person

Pay is based on experience and skill level (training role)
