Your strategic leadership as an Automated QA Leader will be pivotal in steering the design, execution, and evolution of our automated test frameworks.Your Contributions:

Leadership: You'll be at the helm of an energetic QA team, using your leadership skills to motivate, guide, and inspire them towards meeting our rigorous quality standards.

Strategy: As our automated QA expert, you will establish and drive QA objectives, aligning them with our business goals to ensure a streamlined, efficient testing process.

Innovation: You'll champion the creation of scripts, integration of test automation into our delivery pipeline, and leverage your analytical mind to plan and execute tests, documenting comprehensive results.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven track record in automated testing and QA with emphasis on leadership roles

Profound understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions

Proven experience in team development and performance management

Exceptional problem-solving skills and an unmatched eye for detail

Expertise in Quality Assurance, QA automation, QA Management, QA Partner, and QA Testing. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to direct and manage a team. Excellent understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies. Proficiency in creating, implementing and maintaining QA automation strategies and processes. Strong ability to analyze user requirements and client needs to ensure quality. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Relevant certifications in QA are desirable.
