Job Profile Summary CAI is hiring! We are in immediate need for an IT QA Team Lead. This is a full-time opportunity. This position requires the IT QA Team Lead work onsite at our client in West Des Moines, Iowa. Due to our end client, candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a need for sponsorship now or in the future. The CAI IT QA Team Lead will oversee a Quality Assurance team supporting our Autism2Work Practice. You will work with your team, providing training, guidance, support and supervision. Excellent knowledge of at least one programming language and Quality Assurance is preferred. You must be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms, as well as current Quality Assurance best practices and standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for details.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage IT staff by supporting, training and coaching employees in communicating job expectations and apprising of their performance.
  • Create, update, and run Selenium (Python) automation tests.
  • Assist in the creation, preparation, and implementation of systems quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts
  • Analyze business requirements for testability and completeness using Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirements Documents and Technical Design Documents
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
  • Appraise customer requirements ensuring satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation for weekly & bi-weekly reporting for your team’s progress.
  • Develops and maintains productivity metrics and collaborates test execution across multiple domains.

QualificationsExperience/Education Required
  • Experience as an IT Manager (preferably in Quality Assurance) managing, training and guiding developing junior associates.
  • At least 5 years of leading testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing: System, Integration, User Acceptance, Security, and Performance Testing.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Selenium automation experience.
  • Experience in different environments including one or more of the following client server, Services Oriented Architecture, Web based, Mainframe based, three tier architectures and multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting SLAs and KPIs in a managed services testing engagement.
  • Experience interfacing with all levels of client management
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, etc.

Experience/Education Preferred
  • Selenium with Python.
  • Experience with test management software.
  • API, Postman experience.
  • Load/Performance Testing using JMeter
  • SQL/BI/ETL experience (Datagaps, Oracle EBS, Oracle Hyperion, Postgres, Business Objects, Tableau)
