Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant. This analyst will be part of the Enterprise Conduct Analytics and Reporting team (CAR). The individual will be a key contributor to the implementation of an overarching secondary review (quality assurance) function. They will partner within Sales Practices and Conduct Management (SPCM) as well as with other key stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality and effectiveness of integrated data for analytics and reporting across Wells Fargo.In this role, you will:

Implement against and improve upon secondary review processes and reporting

Perform secondary review on data for reports/extracts, analytics and dashboards

Measure and communicate data quality status and improvements

Produce evidence of quality checks and process that are auditable

Align process with CAR and Enterprise governance guidelines

The successful candidate will also be able to:

Collaborate across people, processes, and technology/tools within a highly intensive and complex data environment

Communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats

Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames

Negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships and deliver

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years of SQL or SAS experience

3+ years of quality assurance experience

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

1+ year of Big Data experience

3+ years of Teradata experience

2+ years of BI Reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI preferred)

2+ years of data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality

3+ years of experience in data quality and best practice design concepts

1+ year of risk management, BSA/AML experience or similar

ISTQB Certification
