You'll prepare and support customers as they guide their people through the adoption of UKG solutions.Responsibilities Create baseline and customized content including, but not limited to, communications, videos, and job aids to meet customer needs. Create and support custom HTML interactive learning deliverables. Use design thinking to creatively approach challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our customer, internal and partner needs are being met. Innovate to evolve our team, our processes, and our organization.Qualifications Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and video tools. Experience with HTML coding Experience with instructional methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM Familiarity with both eLearning & secular server platforms including, but not limited to LMSs, xAPI, web servers (LAMP, AWS, and/or IIS) Accessibility conformance and testing (WCAG) expertise. Certification is preferred but not required. Experience with eLearning development tools including but not limited to Storyline, Rise, and Vyond Familiarity with structured authoring Prosci Certified Change Management preferred but not required Strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
