Own, develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that drives high double-digit growth and profitability in the OT industrial segment across all the BV client sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships as the trusted cyber partner with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the cyber business successful goal attainment in addition to creating incremental pull through of additional engineering and consulting project work that will be delivered by the Sector businesses
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans that robustly promote the company's cyber services and solutions; establish and sustain BV as a credible thought leader in the cybersecurity services segment and pursue all new business development opportunities
Oversee the cyber business entity’s operations, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and risk management standards in tight collaboration with all the BV Sectors’ business units and our BV Operations project management team
Manage the business entity’s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, headcount and profitability and communicate progress, risks and opportunities routinely to leadership
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals including both organic and inorganic growth opportunities that expand our cyber physical security services, talent and capabilities
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team with deep cyber industry expertise that is focused on delivering outstanding results in all aspects of business development, portfolio services management and operational delivery excellence
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform the company's strategy and operations in all aspects of advanced cyber strategy andresiliency
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience in cyber physical security, with a strong track record of success in the OT and ICS industrial sector ideally with experience of developing and delivering cyber security services
Experience developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to travel extensively on a global basis as needed
Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives

Works well in a distributed and matrixed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Typically 15+ years in a business/consulting environment
Has successfully managed multiple engagements simultaneously. Contributor or leader to acquire new engagements
