We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse who can complement our current Nursing Staff. Under the supervision of the RN Case Manager, the LPN provides direct patient care to patients in their home. The LPN delivers patient care directed by the RN Case Manager in the home health plan of care. Always maintains patient comfort and safety.
